Unifoam®     Chemically Crosslinked Block foams

Unifoam® is an extremely fine-celled, chemically crosslinked foam in block form. It is ideal for a wide variety of applications where thicker foam is required. It combines a smooth aesthetic feel with good physical and chemical properties. Unifoam® is available in a wide range of types, colors and densities.

Unifoam® is high quality, and is manufactured by our associated companies. It is non-toxic, and contains no CFC, HCFC, or hydrocarbon blowing agents.

Density Range: from 30kg/m3 to 200kg/m3
Thickness Range: up to 100mm depending on density.
Sheet size: up to 1200mm x 2400mm depending on density

Common grades include:

• PE30, EVA30, EVA 45, EVA 70, EVA100, EVA220

Zotefoams     High Purity Block Foams

Sekisui Pilon is the primary distributor in the Australia/Pacific region of Zotefoams plc polyolefin foams. These block foams, with very attractive colors, fine cells and excellent physical properties, complement Sekisui Pilon's range of roll and sheet foams.
